Due to hygiene reasons, all LIANA Skincare products are non-returnable and non-exchangeable once opened or used.

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@lianaskincare.com with:

·  Your order number

·  Clear photos of the issue

We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund.
 

Please note:

·  We do not accept returns for change of mind

·  Products cannot be used to be eligible for any claim
